The APSF is proud to announce that David M. Gaba M.D. will be awarded the 2020 John M. Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Award from the National Quality Forum. The John M. Eisenberg Award recognizes those who have made significant and long-lasting contributions to improving patient safety and health care quality.
